JMS Headquarters
Founded in June 1965, our Head Office of JMS Co. Ltd is located in Hiroshima, Japan. JMS has four factories and forty Sales offices in Japan which are efficiently managed and linked by an "on-line" computer network to provide excellent service for the local health care needs.
Research and developments are continually carried out under close collaboration with our Head Office in Japan, on scientific and technical know-how, to keep up with innovation changes.
The JMS Head Office in Tokyo directs the distribution and marketing of our products in Japan and directs the activities of our global network of companies.
JMS Factories
Miyoshi Factory
In November 1972, Miyoshi Factory was designed to produce JMS world-leading disposable medical products with maximum labour-saving and cost-saving systems based on the most current equipment available. Our current products are syringes, needles and fistula needles.
Izumo Factory
Izumo Factory is our largest JMS factory built in September 1978. We are equipped with the latest technology, incorporated with our Company’s accumulated expertise. We manufacture infusion sets, blood transfusion sets, scalp vein sets and blood lines. Our automated assembly lines for infusion systems are particularly outstanding in mass production of high quality products.
Chiyoda Factory
Built in January 1987, Chiyoda Factory is equipped with state-of-the-art ETO and GAMMA sterilisation facilities and an automated multi-level warehouse. JMS overall sterilisation and distribution functions are controlled here. In addition, we house the Machinery Project Division where our unique automation lines and machines are developed.
JMS Subsidiaries
JMS Singapore Pte Ltd.
In June 1979, we established Japan Medical Supply (S) Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, now known as JMS Singapore Pte. Ltd. This wholly-owned subsidiary marked our entry into the Southeast Asian market, laying the foundation for our regional growth and enhancing our ability to deliver high quality healthcare solutions.
PT JMS Batam
PT JMS Batam is a wholly-owned subsidiary of JMS Singapore Pte Ltd. Established in June 1994 with a paid-up capital of US$2.0 million, our built-in area of 9,217 sqm is located in Batam Industrial Park, a joint venture between the Singapore and Indonesia Governments. We produce infusion sets, transfusion sets, scalp vein sets, fistula needles and blood lines.
JMS (K) Medical Supply Co., Ltd (Sales Office)
JMS (K) Medical Supply Co., Ltd is our first JMS overseas project. Located in Seoul, South Korea, it was established in January 1973 as a joint-venture with Han Medical Supply. Our principal activities are manufacturing and trading in disposable medical products.
JMS Dalian Medical Supply Co., Ltd.
In line with JMS Global Marketing Strategies to meet ever increasing demand for disposable medical products, JMS Dalian Medical Supply Co., Ltd. was established in July 1988 with a paid-up capital of US$10.6 million. On a built-in area of 14,754 sqm in Dalian Economic and Technical Development Zone, The People’s Republic of China, we produce infusion sets, fistula needles, syringes and blood lines; and medical cannulas and plastic pallets.
JMS North America (JMSNA)
JMS North America (JMSNA) was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of JMS Co., Ltd., one of the largest Japanese medical device companies, in March 1993. Now JMSNA's headquarters is located in Hayward, CA.
Bionic Medizintechnik G.m.b.h - A JMS Corporation
A JMS Corporation headquartered in the German town of Friedrichsdorf near Frankfurt/Main specializes in dialysis and transfusion medicine products for more than 20 years.
JMS Healthcare PHL, INC.
We proudly announced the establishment of our wholly-owned subsidiary, JMS HEALTHCARE PHL, INC., in the Philippines. This strategic expansion marks a significant milestone in our commitment to advancing healthcare solutions and expanding our reach in the Southeast Asian market.
JMS Healthcare (Thailand) Co.
We established JMS Healthcare (Thailand) Co., Ltd., marking a strategic investment with a 49% stake in the company. With a 49% investment, we have formed a key partnership to leverage on local expertise and resources, aligning with our global expansion strategy.
JMS Transfusion Technology CO., LTD.
JMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. completed the acquisition of JMS Transfusion Technology Co., Ltd., establishing it as a wholly-owned subsidiary. This acquisition leverages local manufacturing capabilities and expertise, allowing us to offer a broader range of advanced healthcare solutions and better address diverse clinical needs globally.
